Inaluxe on Pitter Pattern [1]

WHO:
Inaluxe are Kristina Sostarko and Jason Odd, a design duo from Victoria, Australia.

WHAT:
Their art can be found on prints and canvases, greeting cards, bags and lampshades. Some of their clients include Art Press, Blue Q, IKEA, Kate Spade, Land of Nod and Urban Outfitters.

WHY:

  • The use of texture is fantastic. It gives their designs a special dimension.
  • The use of colour, mesmerising and punchy.
  • The motifs and use of glorious abstract shapes. Make me want to reach for paper and scissors!

I am a designer, originally from Colombia and now living permanently in Cornwall, UK. I graduated in Product Design but since then have mostly worked in graphics for print and web. A few years ago I decided to specialise in Surface Pattern Design and I'm loving it!
