It’s no secret that most designers have a strong relationship with stationery. I certainly do. So, a few months ago when I discovered Present & Correct’s stationery compositions, I fell in love immediately with the idea and its execution.
As you will see here, they create beautiful layouts with real stationery items and they do a fab job every time. Some, in particular, caught my eye because of their pattern nature. So, pattern + colour + stationery, what’s not to love?
I’ve always believed that you can draw inspiration from anything and everything. There are amazing ideas hidden everywhere, as this post clearly shows. A fly on a wall, the floor you walk on, some leftovers on a plate. Just look around you and try to think outside the box. The more you do it, the better you get at it.
Present & Correct is an online shop created by 2 stationery-obsessed graphic designers with, I have to say, very good taste. Apart from stationery, the shop also sells gorgeous office items and other vintage objects.
It’s a showcase for the things we have enjoyed since school. A long-term obsession with stationery has culminated in a constantly evolving store. Paper and office objects which are inspired by homework, the post office and school. – Present & Correct
