Métier is a contemporary surface design and furniture studio based in London.

They work with painted timber tiles, arranged and inlaid into clean, geometric and eye-catching pattern designs.

Our passion is pattern applied to wood, particularly in geometric form. We are huge admirers of traditional parquetry and marquetry. The aim is simple, to bring you these influences in beautiful modern products. We believe in working with honest materials matched with a clean aesthetic and an old fashioned respect for working with our hands.
