The grant is designed to support creative entrepreneurs like makers, interior designers or surface pattern designers, who want to prepare for their next craft fair, experiment with a new product, or simply get their business off the ground. It’s a great opportunity for any entrepreneur who wants to unleash their creativity and give their small business a nice boost.

As we all know, the handmade business industry can be very competitive, with talented artisans and makers from all over the world showcasing their unique skills and products. So, it’s important to find unique ways to help your business stand out. The Spoonflower Small Business Grant could give you just that opportunity.

So, what exactly does this grant looks like? Recipients will receive an award of Spoonflower credit to digitally print custom fabric, wallpaper, or home decor items for their creative goals. This means that you can experiment with new designs, products, and ideas without worrying about the cost of production. That’s a yes from me!

However, there are some requirements you’ll need to meet to be considered for the grant. You’ll need to provide documentation of product samples and a resumé with relevant creative and business experience. You’ll also be asked to answer some questions regarding your business and the project you’re proposing. This gives you an opportunity to showcase your unique business ideas, share your creative vision, and tell your story. You can find some tips on how to apply here.
